Sophos FleXi Port Module – 2 port 40GbE QSFP+

This Sophos FleXi-Port module adds two 40GbE QSFP+ slots to compatible XGS rack firewalls. Use it to connect high-performance network equipment over appropriately specified links. Port speed does not mean four times the firewall throughput; throughput depends on the appliance and active security features.

The module is compatible with these XGS models:

• Sophos XGS 5500

• Sophos XGS 6500

• Sophos XGS 7500

• Sophos XGS 8500

Important: this module is intended only for the XGS models listed. It is not compatible with older XG appliances. Before installation, check the correct FleXi-Port slot and your firewall’s installation guide.
