Sophos Phish Threat helps employees recognise and report suspicious emails correctly. It combines simulated attacks, training and reporting in a central console. Your IT team can identify where more support is needed and build a regular awareness programme.

Templates can be adapted to the language, audience and typical company scenarios. Campaigns target selected users or groups; suitable training can follow a failed simulation. Reminders help employees complete training.

Reports show responses to simulations and training progress, for example. You can track changes across campaigns and choose subsequent content more precisely. Tests of different difficulty should not be compared solely by click rates.

Phish Threat is a training solution, not an email filter. Even trained people can fall for convincing deception; technical safeguards and clear reporting procedures remain essential. A helpful introduction explains the simulations’ purpose and supports employees as they learn.
