Sophos 802.11ac 2×2 WiFi Module – SG/XG 135w and SD-RED

This Sophos 802.11ac 2×2 WiFi module adds local Wi-Fi to compatible appliances. On an SD-RED, it connects wireless devices in the branch without a separate access point.

The hardware is compatible with these models:

• Sophos SG 135w Rev. 3

• Sophos XG 135w Rev. 3

• Sophos SD-RED 20

• Sophos SD-RED 60

The module provides Wi-Fi 5; it is not a Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 6E expansion. It replaces neither cellular WAN access nor the encrypted tunnel to the central firewall. On SD-RED, WiFi and 3G/4G modules share the same expansion slot and cannot operate there simultaneously.
